Ready to take your Tai Chi practice to the next level? Join us for Intermediate Tai Chi, a relaxing and energizing class designed to help improve your mind, body, and spirit through gentle, flowing movements. Prior experience (like Beginners Tai Chi) is helpful, but not required!
Classes meet Mondays and Wednesdays at 11:00 am —twice the chance each week to improve your balance, build strength, and boost your confidence. Studies show Tai Chi can even help prevent falls!
