According to the USDA, you can freeze almost any food, but how does freezing protects food? Join OSU Extension office's Taylor Conner, Family and Consumer Sciences educator, as she presents the importance of food safety during preservation, the necessary equipment and supplies one should use, and the proper method to safely preserve by freezing.

This program is free, but registration is strongly encouraged.
