We'll explore the life cycle of mushrooms—from spores to fully grown fruiting bodies—while covering the essential stages of growth, including inoculation, colonization, and fruiting. You'll learn how to prepare substrates, maintain the right growing conditions, and harvest your mushrooms for peak flavor and nutrition. We’ll dive into a variety of popular culinary mushrooms such as oyster, shiitake, lion’s mane, and more—discussing their unique characteristics, flavors, and ideal growing methods. By the end of the program, you'll have the knowledge and confidence to start growing gourmet mushrooms at home and bringing them from your grow room straight to your kitchen.
