Event Description
Created by the Oklahoma Healthy Aging Initiative at the University of Oklahoma, this program helps individuals understand the many ways to maintain a healthy brain. The workshop consists of an introductory session and 3 enriching sessions, each 1 hour in length. Those who take this class will learn more than a dozen ways to improve their physical and mental health. Attendance at all sessions is not required but is recommended for maximum benefit.
