Event Description
Guests will explore the nutritional benefits and versatility of fall squash varieties like butternut, acorn, and pumpkin with our OSU Extension presenter. Participants make and take home a roasted squash seasoning mix of dried ingredients such as cinnamon, nutmeg, brown sugar, etc. This program could also include a tasting of a prepared squash dish.
