Turn something old into something new and sparkling! In this program, we’ll use recycled Christmas light bulbs to create unique snowflake-shaped ornaments. Participants will arrange and decorate their bulbs with paint, glitter, and ribbon to design a one-of-a-kind winter decoration. Take home a snowflake ornament that’s perfect for hanging on your tree, in a window, or as a special handmade gift.
