Program Description

Event Description

Have you ever wanted to get organized, track your habits, or simply make more space for your thoughts — but didn't know where to start? This hands-on workshop introduces the art of journaling as a mindfulness and productivity practice with a focus on the Bullet Journal Method, a flexible system designed to help you manage tasks, reflect on your days, and set meaningful goals — all in one notebook.

Whether you're a lifelong journal-keeper or have never written a single entry, this workshop is for you. No artistic skill required — Bullet Journaling works just as well in a plain composition notebook as it does in a beautifully decorated spread.

You'll leave with:

  • A working understanding of the Bullet Journal Method
  • Tips for making journaling a sustainable habit
  • A list of resources for going further

Notebooks (A5 and dotted) to get started will be provided, or bring your own favorite journal if you prefer.
