In honor of Juneteenth, stop by the library’s Seed Library to pick up a packet of roselle hibiscus seeds—an easy-to-grow plant with deep cultural roots. With your seed packet, you’ll receive a handout to learn about the tradition of red drinks in Juneteenth celebrations and how this vibrant flower has been used to create tart, refreshing beverages for generations.
