BRANCH CLOSURE:

The Harrah Library will be closed for updates from 4/13 - 5/5. 

  • Holds will be available for pickup at the Harrah Senior Center, M-F 8:30 a.m. – 2 p.m. 
  • Library items can be returned to the bookdrop at the Harrah Library, the Senior Center, or any other Metropolitan Library location.

Event Description

Ever wanted to know what it's like to work at the library? At Junior Librarian Academy, kids can learn what it takes to be a librarian by taking a tour of the library, completing training tasks, and receiving an official Junior Librarian certificate! This is a fun event to introduce children to the behind-the-scenes of working in a library. Who knows, we may have some future librarians in attendance!
