Learn to make this traditional Brazilian birthday candy made from condensed milk, cocoa powder, and butter which is cooked and rolled into bite-sized balls, often coated in chocolate sprinkles. Making candy can be tricky, but if all goes well, we end up with a truffle-like candy, but without a shell. These would be a great Valentine's Day treat. Registration is strongly encouraged because space is limited, and we want to make sure we have enough to give everyone a sample.
