Program Description

Event Description

Join the Osteology Museum of Oklahoma for a free program all about studying animal skulls. Animal skulls can tell us what an animal eats and if an animal is a predator or prey animal. In this program, students will study animal dentition from over a dozen species and learn how to read eye placement on a skull to identify predator and prey animals. Students will also identify mystery animal skulls as carnivores, herbivores, or omnivores. Please pre-register as spots are limited. Grades 3-5.
