Event Description

Join the Oklahoma City Ballet for a fun hour of experiencing the joy of dancing together! Designed for ages 50+, this class will be a hybrid dance class offering seated and standing options based on varied abilities. Dance is a great way to work on balance, strength, and flexibility as we age. The class is opened to all levels and will also include socializing time with free coffee. Come dance with us!
