Event Description

Learn about the diverse biomes of Oklahoma along the scenic Route 66. From tallgrass prairies and cross timber forests to the shortgrass plains of the panhandle, discover the native plants that define these landscapes. We will also see how the landscape and vegetation have changed in the last 100 years, with a focus on how the Eastern Red Cedar has affected these historic landscapes.
