Ralph Ellison Library staff will be hula hooping and enjoying the hip hop beats at the 4th Annual Hula Hoop/Hip-Hop Festival by Sisters In Motions & Brothers Too at the Metrotech Springlake Ampitheater. Come on out and enjoy the hula hoops, music, food, and more!
