Do you want to go on your first camping trip but aren’t sure where to start? This class is for you! JT Parrish from Forest Digital Outdoors will provide an overview on planning and budgeting for your first camping trip and what to expect when you’re at the campsite. There will be handouts to take home and hands-on stations to learn how to set up a tent and build a fire. REGISTER TODAY and take the first step on your journey to exploring the great outdoors!
Then spend a night under the Edmond stars in Mitch Park during this year's Tenttober on Oct 4-5. Pitch your tent with up to six family members or friends and enjoy various activities throughout the park. Registration for this event includes access to all activities, traditional s'mores supplies and a hot dog dinner, followed by breakfast when you wake up on Sunday. Tenttober is the perfect outdoor event for camping enthusiasts in Edmond this October.

ForestDigital Outdoors is an Oklahoma based Outdoor Education organization founded in 2019 with the mission to connect people with nature and each other, inspire adventure and creative thinking through the outdoors, and preserve traditional skills and wild spaces through hands-on learning and stewardship.
