Event Description

Learn more about one of Mexico's greatest artists, Frida Kahlo! Among her accomplishments, she was known for her self-portraits, full of emotion and symbolism. How would you represent yourself in a portrait? We'll look at some of the symbols she used and think about our own, then create some self-representative art!

The information and supplies in this program are also available in the take-home kit-- you can take the kit home with you, or come talk and have fun creating with us, or both!
