Happy Valentine's Day! Stop by the Midwest City Library to pick up a Valentine's Day card collage kit! The kit contains materials such as a blank card and envelope, stickers, and scrapbook paper to cut and paste onto your handmade cards. Be creative and show someone just how much you love them!
