Event Description

Quick! Name as many women artists as you can! How many did you come up with? Did you name Georgia O’Keeffe? Frida Kahlo? What about Mary Edmonia Lewis, Nampeyo, Hannah Höch, Alma Thomas, or Yayoi Kusama? If any of those names are new to you, now is your chance to learn about these fascinating and inspiring women artists. After a quick overview of these seven groundbreaking women, you’ll have your choice of projects inspired by their art.  

This date doesn’t work for you? No problem! This program is also offered in person on March 4 and as a take-home kit from March 12-18.
