Jump, crawl, and stretch in this high-energy movement class designed just for kids! 

This fun-filled program focuses on building strength, coordination, balance, and confidence through active play. Led by a certified group exercise instructor from the YMCA, children will explore activities like bear crawls, frog leaps, jumping jacks, yoga stretches, and even a little meditation.

Weather permitting, we’ll take Jump & Go outdoors for even more room to move and play. Don’t miss this exciting way to stay active at the library!
