A storytime just for you at your neighborhood library! Skilled librarians will introduce little ones to the library and show parents/caregivers invaluable information on reading readiness and create excitement about reading.

Tots in Training Participating in playtime is an excellent way to help children build social skills, promote learning and discover that the library is a destination for fun!

Are you up to the challenge? Come and participate in hands-on learning. This month we will make and investigate the properties of Bartholomew's oobleck, a non-Newtonian fluid. Check out our great Science book and DVDs on your way out. 

It's easy being green! In this class we will use recycled jars to create tiny moss terrariums featuring such materials as crystals, mushrooms, and tiny toys for you to take home and display! All supplies will be provided.

Come by Capitol Hill after school if you're looking for something fun to do.  We will have different activities and crafts available to create at your own pace and enjoy with friends. Similar programs exist at multiple libraries.

Need some extra help with your homework? Volunteers will be standing by to offer one-on-one homework help.
