A story time for the entire family at your Downtown Library! Join us as skilled librarians introduce little ones to the library and show parents/caregivers invaluable information on reading readiness and creating excitement about reading.

Join us for conversation and some friendly rounds of dominoes. Don't know how to play? We'll teach you! Just stop by and join in the fun. This is a recurring club event and takes place every Wednesday.

Volunteers will be available to help children practice their reading skills. Kids are welcome to pick out a book to read to the volunteers or follow along as the volunteers read to them. We'll provide the books and the reading buddy!

Sharing in parachute playtimes is an excellent way to help children build social skills, promote learning and discover that the library is a destination for fun!

LEGO Club lets gradeschoolers' and middle schoolers' imaginations run wild as they play with our extensive LEGO collection.  This program encourages kids to have a blast while sparking their creativity and critical thinking skills.

Bring your own project materials, Unfinished Objects(UFOs) or Works in Progress(WIPs)and meet others who are interested in crochet. Peruse an array of books and DVDs on crochet for checkout.

If you can imagine it, you can build it! Spark your creativity and satisfy your curiosity at the LEGO Block Party. Join other kids to engineer some fun. Use our LEGOs to unleash your inner designer, architect, or engineer.
