Join us every week for Tots Thursdays! Each week is filled with exciting activities designed to stimulate your child’s development while having a blast! Every month, we rotate through four themes:

Total Wellness is a FREE interactive weight loss class for adults to help prevent diabetes and heart disease. Classes meet for eight weeks. The goal of the class is for everyone to lose 5% of their body weight and become more active.

Calling all Preschoolers, ages 3.5-5! What will be going on at the library today? Something exciting just for you! Will it be playtime, storytime, parachute play, or music play? No matter what, it will be fun, so come and see!

Are you feeling nostalgic for classic country music? Look no further than Spare Change, the perfect music duo for you. Enjoy some of your favorite songs from yesteryears, while reminiscing happy music memories.

Let's celebrate Native American Heritage Month! Educators from Red Earth will teach kids ages 5 and up to make cornhusk dolls of their own to take home. Come-and-go event, while supplies last. 

Masquerade! Paper faces on parade! Embrace the Phantom of the Opera by joining us to make paper masquerade masks. For teens in grades 6 - 12. All supplies provided.

Kids and Teens, please join us in painting tiny canvasses on tiny easels!!! Show us your creativity! (This is a fun craft and can be messy.)

Take a break! Join us to meet new friends or spend time as a family playing together. Playing tabletop games helps to build skills such as: problem solving, teamwork, spatial reasoning, and communication.

Children ages 4-18 are invited to enjoy an afterschool snack/meal from 3:30-5:00 pm at Ralph Ellison Library.

Love animation, or manga? Join us for The S.O. Animation Society, as we hang out, do a craft, and watch different genres of animation.

Teens, join us on the first Thursday of every month for Anime Club! Experience anime in the company of other anime enthusiasts.

It's International Gaming Month! Join us at the library to play classic favorites like Uno, Connect Four, Apples to Apples and more! Board games promote creativity and foster positive skills like sportsmanship and logical reasoning.

This 6 week interactive class works with parents to build a toolbox full of education, tips, tricks, and strategies for supportive parenting.
