ALZHEIMER’S ASSOCIATION CAREGIVER SUPPORT GROUP

Bring your own project and materials and knit, crochet, or sew your way through the afternoon with members of the community who share your enthusiasm for crafts. All types of fiber arts welcome!

We have yarn and needles, and we're ready to knit! Join us to learn the basics or work on an ongoing project.  All skill levels welcome.

Attention teens and adults! Join us for a new take on creativity: SPIN ART! Local artist Kara Gardner will demonstrate techniques and tips to master this art form and you will leave with a cherished keepsake.

Exercise while having fun! Let's learn to line dance at the library. Learn basic, and advanced dance steps with dance instruction Gene Fowler. Enjoy a social activity, and get great exercise. No experience necessary.

This 6 week interactive class works with parents to build a toolbox full of education, tips, tricks, and strategies for supportive parenting.

Have you always wanted to explore creative writing but never had the chance? Are you looking for a supportive community of writers with whom you can share your work?

Come and show off your artist side with some neon painting, have some fun, and enjoy some music while we paint!

Do you want to improve your English? Free English classes for the community. You can join our classes at any point.

Time is ticking, and there are cryptic secrets to decipher before The Artist’s unearthly lair consumes you! Every corner of his attic holds clues, but it will take quick thinking and coordinated teamwork to piece them together and escape.

Participants will learn how to mend holes in clothing using stitches meant to be seen. Bring one woven (non-stretchy) item with you to mend, like a pair of jeans with a hole. 

Total Wellness is a FREE interactive weight loss class for adults to help prevent diabetes and heart disease. Classes meet for eight weeks. The goal of the class is for everyone to lose 5% of their body weight and become more active.

Join OKC Museum of Art as they lead participants in an art project related to the museum's collection.
