The flat rental rate for this meeting space is $3000.
No personal events, like baby showers or birthday parties, are allowed.
Please note events outside library operating hours require a reservation at least two months in advance. Contact us if you wish to book the atrium.
Equipment
The atrium includes a piano. You may also request use of an American flag, an Oklahoma flag, a dry-erase board, and/or a podium. Please note that this library may only have one of some items, so the first group who requests equipment will receive usage of it.

The library offers up to:
- 25 rectangular tables
- 101 chairs
Recommended room capacities:
- 180 in audience seating
- 100 in conference style
Please note that this library has a limited number of tables and chairs, which are available on a first come, first served basis.
