Classroom D (Downtown)
Room reservation rate is $10/hour.
You can book available times for this month and the following month.
No personal events, like baby showers or birthday parties, are allowed.
Your reservation time must include setup and cleanup time.
EQUIPMENT
Room includes a projector, projector screen, and dry-erase board. You may also request a podium, an Oklahoma flag, and/or an American flag.
Your group is responsible for operating any requested AV equipment.
Maximum room capacities:
- 20 with chairs only
- 10 in classroom seating (2 chairs per table)
- 10 in U-conference seating
- 10 in square conference seating
***You are responsible for setup and cleanup of the room.***
PARKING OPTIONS
- Arts District Parking Garage - $2/hour
- Street parking - $2/hour
