Makerspace (Belle Isle)
Makerspace reservations are free and can be booked up to 2 hours, up to 7 days in advance. Additionally, the minimum reservation time that can be made for the Belle Isle Makerspace is 30 minutes.
Please review the MLS Studios User Agreement as it must be signed before using the equipment.
A library card is required to utilize the Makerspace, please create an account (online or in person) before booking an appointment.
We provide supplies to test out and learn how to use the equipment. You will need to bring supplies with you for a specific project.
3D printing
For 3D printing email your .STL file or link from Thingiverse (or similar website) to mlsstudios.belleisle@metrolibrary.org.
Please let us know if you prefer white, black, or gray filament. If you would like more information on the 3D printing process, please let us know.
You may have only 1 active makerspace reservation per person or group (system-wide) at a time, and you must finish a reservation before booking a new one.
