Room reservation rate is $20/hour.

You can book available times for this month and the following month.

No personal events, like baby showers or birthday parties, are allowed.

Your reservation time must include setup and cleanup time.


EQUIPMENT

Room includes a projector and a screen. You may also request a podium, a handheld microphone, a lavalier microphone, an American flag, and/or an Oklahoma flag.

Your group is responsible for operating any requested AV equipment.

Seating

Maximum room capacities:

  • 200 with chairs only
  • 119 at round tables
  • 72 in classroom seating (2 chairs per table)
  • 48 in U-conference seating
  • 56 in square conference seating

***You are responsible for setup and cleanup of the room.***
