The Mitch Park Kiosk is experiencing technical difficulties and we are working to restore functional access.
Meeting Room AB (Edmond)
Room reservation rate is $20/hour.
You can book available times for this month and the following month.
No personal events, like baby showers or birthday parties, are allowed.
Your reservation time must include setup and cleanup time.
EQUIPMENT
Room includes a dry-erase board and projector screen. You may also request dry-erase markers and erasers, a microphone, HDMI or VGA cables, and/or a podium or portable projector (subject to availability).
Your group is responsible for operating any requested AV equipment.
Maximum room capacities:
- 116 with chairs only
- 48 in classroom seating (2 chairs per table)
- 46 in U-conference seating
- 48 in square conference seating
