The Mitch Park Kiosk is experiencing technical difficulties and we are working to restore functional access.
Meeting Room AB (Midwest City)
Room reservation rate is $20/hour.
You can book available times for this month and the following month.
No personal events, like baby showers or birthday parties, are allowed.
Your reservation time must include setup and cleanup time.
EQUIPMENT
Room includes a dry erase board. You may also request a projector, a podium, an HDMI cable, a VGA cable, an extension cord, and/or a surge protector.
Your group is responsible for operating any requested AV equipment.
Maximum room capacities:
- 64 with chairs only
- 36 in classroom seating (2 chairs per table)
- 22 in U-conference seating
- 26 in square conference seating
