You can book available times for this month and the following month.

No personal events, like baby showers or birthday parties, are allowed.

Your reservation time must include setup and cleanup time.


EQUIPMENT

Room includes a sink, AV system with Bluetooth audio, and wall-mounted projector with dry-erasable screen.

Your group is responsible for operating any requested AV equipment.

Seating

Maximum room capacities:

  • 160 with chairs only
  • 133 with round tables (7 chairs per table)
  • 80 in classroom seating (2 chairs per rectangular table)
  • 22 in U-conference seating
  • 28 in square conference seating

***You are responsible for the setup and cleanup of the room.***
