Due to road conditions, all Metro Library locations will close at 6p on Tuesday, 1/27/26.
On Wednesday, 1/28/26, all Metro Library locations will resume normal operating hours.
Meeting Room B (Ralph Ellison)
Room reservation rate is $10/hour.
You can book available times for this month and the following month.
No personal events, like baby showers or birthday parties, are allowed.
Your reservation time must include setup and cleanup time.
EQUIPMENT
Room includes a ceiling-mounted projector that projects to the wall (please see photo). You may also request a microphone, American flag, Oklahoma flag, portable dry-erase board, and/or podium.
Your group is responsible for operating any requested AV equipment.
Maximum room capacities:
- 72 with chairs only
- 32 in classroom seating (2 chairs per table)
- 18 in U-conference seating
- 28 in square conference seating
