BRANCH CLOSURE:
The Harrah Library will be closed for updates from 4/13 - 5/5.
Holds will be available for pickup at the Harrah Senior Center, M-F 8:30 a.m. – 2 p.m.
Library items can be returned to the bookdrop at the Harrah Library, the Senior Center, or any other Metropolitan Library location..
Meeting Room A (Bethany)
Room reservation rate is $10/hour.
You can book available times for this month and the following month.
No personal events, like baby showers or birthday parties, are allowed.
Your reservation time must include setup and cleanup time.
EQUIPMENT
Room includes a projector and a screen. You may also request a podium, a handheld microphone, a lavalier microphone, an American flag, and/or an Oklahoma flag.
Your group is responsible for operating any requested AV equipment.
Maximum room capacities:
- 134 with chairs only
- 77 at round tables
- 48 in classroom seating (2 chairs per table)
- 32 in U-conference seating
- 40 in square conference seating
