Room reservation rates are $10/hour.
You can book available times for this month and the following month.
No personal events, like baby showers or birthday parties, are allowed.
Your reservation time must include set up and clean up time.
Equipment
Room includes a dry-erase board. You may also request a podium, portable projector, television (HDMI ports), an American flag, and/or an Oklahoma flag.
AV equipment must be requested at the time of reservation. Training will be provided in advance, if needed. Otherwise, the group will be responsible for providing a person to operate the equipment.
Seating
Maximum room capacities:
- 56 with chairs only
- 24 in classroom seating (2 chairs per table)
- 26 in U-conference seating
- 32 in square conference seating
