Due to road conditions, all Metro Library locations will close at 6p on Tuesday, 1/27/26.
On Wednesday, 1/28/26, all Metro Library locations will resume normal operating hours.
Meeting Room A (Edmond)
Room reservation rate is $10/hour.
You can book available times for this month and the following month.
No personal events, like baby showers or birthday parties, are allowed.
Your reservation time must include setup and cleanup time.
EQUIPMENT
Room includes a dry-erase board and screen. You may also request dry-erase markers and erasers, a projector (HDMI or VGA connections with accompanying cables), a projector stand, and/or a podium.
Your group is responsible for operating any requested AV equipment.
Maximum room capacities:
- 40 with chairs only
- 24 in classroom seating (2 chairs per table)
- 22 in U-conference seating
- 24 in square conference seating
***You are responsible for the setup and cleanup of the room.***
