Due to an equipment maintenance issue, the Mitch Park Kiosk will be unavailable until Monday, April 6th.
Attention:
All Metro Libraries will be Closed on Sunday, April 5th for Easter. We will re-open at our regular time on Monday, April 6th.
Meeting Room A (Ralph Ellison)
Room reservation rate is $10/hour.
You can book available times for this month and the following month.
No personal events, like baby showers or birthday parties, are allowed.
Your reservation time must include setup and cleanup time.
EQUIPMENT
Room includes a projector screen, dry-erase board, ice machine, and sink. You may also request a microphone, American flag, Oklahoma flag, portable projector, and/or podium.
Your group is responsible for operating any requested AV equipment.
Maximum room capacities:
- 54 with chairs only (facing west wall; no tables in the room)
- 30 in audience seating (chairs in rows with a few tables on the side and/or projector)
- 20 in classroom seating (2 chairs per table)
- 16 in U-shaped conference seating
- 20 in square-shaped conference seating
