Room reservation rate is $10/hour.

You can book available times for this month and the following month.

No personal events, like baby showers or birthday parties, are allowed.

Your reservation time must include setup and cleanup time.


EQUIPMENT

Room includes a projector, screen, flag, ice machine, and sink. Please note that this library may only have one of some of these items, so the first group who requests equipment will receive usage of it.

Your group is responsible for operating any requested AV equipment.

Seating

Maximum room capacities:

  • 66 with chairs only
  • 36 in classroom seating (2 chairs per table)
  • 22 in U-shaped conference seating
  • 24 in square-shaped conference seating

***You are responsible for the setup and cleanup of the room.***
