Join us for this informative presentation-- part of a series of programs that inform and support individuals, families, & communities impacted by Alzheimer's disease.

This presentation will explore what science is telling us about how the health of the brain and the body are connected:

  • What lifestyle choices can help you keep your brain and body healthy as you age?

  • How can diet and nutrition, exercise, cognitive activity, and social engagement play a role in brain health?

  • How can you incorporate this information into your plan for healthy aging?

This presentation is part of the Alzheimer's & Dementia Education Program Series, sponsored by the Alzheimer's Association Oklahoma Chapter.
