No matter your level of experience there is something to gain from Meditative Yoga classes taught by Charles Swindall a 12 year Certified Meditation and Yoga Instructor. Yoga has numerous benefits, such as increased flexibility, improved muscle strength, increased blood flow, better posture, balance, and more! Learn about deep breathing and full body stretching to unite body and mind and promote relaxation. Improve your physical, mental, and emotional health through this Beginners Meditation and Yoga class. Designed for adults 18 & up. Everyone is encouraged to wear comfortable clothing. A yoga mat, yoga strap and a small pillow is recommended.
