Program Description

Event Description

Want to go to college but not sure how to pay for it? No problem! Let the professionals from the G.R.I.T. (Guidance for Realizing Individual Transformation) Program at OCCC guide you through the available financial aid options and help you fill out the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid).

We will have 9 laptop computers available for filling out the application. If you have your own laptop computer, please bring it with you!

Students will also need to bring (or be able to access online) 2022 tax returns from whoever claimed the student(s) that particular year, as well as W2s and/or 2022 tax returns from the student(s) themselves, if they worked that year. This is for your reference only, as you fill out the FAFSA. This information will NOT be shared with G.R.I.T. or library staff or other participants.
