Event Description

Do you need new computer skills to improve your life and career? Check out our Computer Skills Workshops! Our trainers will walk through the skills with you and supply useful handouts. Then, we'll spend most of the Workshop practicing our new skills.

The Effective Resumes Workshop will cover how to make yourself look good to employers. This will include picking a good template, formatting your resume so that it looks professional, describing your past work to highlight your accomplishments, and customizing your resume for each employer.

Each Skills Workshop is separate, and no sign-up is required. Just show up for the Workshops you need.

Note: If you need to learn how to use a mouse/keyboard and get online for the first time, ask about our Computer Basics class. The next Computer Basics class starts in October.
