Happy New Year! Ring in the new year early with a party at the library! We'll have activities, crafts, music, dancing, balloons and practice counting down to 2023! For children ages 1-8. (Allergy and safety information: There will be balloons used during the program which can be a choking hazard and an issue for those with a latex allergy.)
