Reserve Your Seat for our stress management workshop on August 27th, 2022. Come Join us here at the Edmond library as we learn how to better deal with stress from Jeff Dismukes of the Oklahoma Mental Health & Substance Abuse Services department. Jeff has been working in mental health for several years and is experienced in helping others cope with mental health issues. He also co-hosts a news podcast called "Health Watch Oklahoma"

Registration begins August 17th, 2022. Come and join us.

There will be a Q & A session at the end of the presentation.
