Explore the world of Aztec folk art by creating your very own papel picado banner! Theses colorful flags are used for various celebrations and include a variety of specific designs. Kits will include pre-scored paper flags for you to finish cutting, and supplies tostring them together to create a festive display for Hispanic Latinx Heritages month.
