Can you bend like a pretzel while balancing on one leg? Yoga doesn't have to be crazy or hard; it can be fun and challenging, making you stronger in body and mind! Join other kids your age and be guided through yoga poses; parents feel free to come ready to participate with your child. Checkout some kids' yoga books and videos and continue learning beyond the class! Please bring a yoga mat or towel. Registration Required. Ages 4-11.
