BRANCH CLOSURE:

The Harrah Library will be closed for updates from 4/13 - 5/5. 

  • Holds will be available for pickup at the Harrah Senior Center, M-F 8:30 a.m. – 2 p.m. 
  • Library items can be returned to the bookdrop at the Harrah Library, the Senior Center, or any other Metropolitan Library location.

Event Description

Join us at the Southern Oaks Library this spring break to welcome in spring with a fun cherry blossom craft!
Cherry blossoms mark the start of spring in Japanese culture, symbolizing renewal and beauty. As such, we will be making cherry blossom paintings topped with tissue paper that guests can take home, and sipping on warm tea!
