Event Description

Learn ways to improve your overall mind, body, and spirit through a series of slow continuous movements.
Tai Chi helps reduce the risk of falling, increases balance and flexibility. It does not matter how strong, flexible or active you are. This course is designed for adults of all levels of health. Class will meet twice a week for six weeks. Instructor is provided through OHAI.
