Event Description

Join us for Tai Chi in the Park in the gazebo at the Cecil Mendenhall Library Park next to the Bethany Library. This traditional Tai Chi class includes 8 forms that emphasize balance and flexibility.

Open to all fitness levels.

Presented in partnership with Bethany YMCA.  Class suitable for all levels.
