Program Description

Event Description

Tweens! Thursdays are YOUR day in the library. On the first and third Thursday of every month, we'll have classes, activities and all kinds of fun just for you. The In-Be-Tweens meet from 4 pm to 5 or 5:30 pm on the first and third Thursday of the month (subject to change). Registration is required.

**This program is open to TWEENS and TEENS, grades 5th through 12th**

Come join us for the first workshop in our Textile Arts Crochet Studio! We will learn about the basic tools and foundational skills, including the chain stitch, with projects you can complete and take home today! All supplies will be available; however, if you have your own hook, yarn or project you would prefer to work on, you are welcome to bring it along with you. This program is also accepting donations of scrap yarn, any weight, for use in this or future classes.

Your registration will hold your place until ten minutes after the listed start time of the program. At 0:10, any remaining spaces will be given to children who are on the waitlist and present at the library.
