Join us at the library for a fun and active yoga program designed for children ages 4–12! Through playful poses, breathing exercises, and mindful movement, kids will build strength, balance, flexibility, and focus—all while having fun in a supportive group setting. Each session encourages creativity, relaxation, and healthy habits that can last a lifetime.
