Skip the gym and dance to get slim! All skill levels are welcome to move to the beat of this dance workout, build a stronger body, and be apart of the Zumba community! Zumba Gold modifies the original Zumba moves for a lower intensity workout. While you're at the library, check out our collection of fitness books and DVDs to take home with you! This is a recurring event taking place on Tuesday evenings in April and May.
